From Passion to Purpose

Sophia Vacchiano

I’ve worked in the hair industry for over 20 years and have spent almost a decade specialising in hair extensions. Through that time, one thing became clear... strong foundations and real support are what truly build a confident stylist.

When I first trained in extensions, many courses squeezed too much into one day, offered little practical time, and left me feeling certified but still unsure. I wanted real understanding. Real technique. Real confidence.

After years of practice, trial, and real salon experience, I refined my own approach to weaving. That journey inspired me to create my two-level training pathway, Foundation First and Foundation to Flawless, designed to build confidence step-by-step, without overwhelm.

My teaching is supportive, patient, and rooted in real-world experience. I believe learning should feel empowering. Every stylist deserves to leave feeling confident, prepared, and proud.

Because when your foundation is strong, everything built on top becomes flawless. ✨

Two Levels of Training
One Professional Journey

I designed my weaving education as a two-step pathway so you can grow your skills in a structured, achievable progression.

Trying to fit everything into one course would overwhelm new learners.

Strong foundations come first — that’s why Foundation First focuses on essential techniques, and Foundation to Flawless builds on them with advanced refinement.

Begin with confidence. Progress with mastery.

Hands-On, Real-World Education

With over 20 years in the industry and almost a decade specialising in extensions, I’ve seen what happens when stylists aren’t given the right foundations.

Many courses rush through techniques, offer limited practical work, or only fit part of a method. Stylists leave certified, but not confident.

That’s why I created my own training... to bridge the gap between theory and real salon practice.

My approach is simple:
Time, support, expert demonstrations, one-to-one feedback, and ongoing guidance long after the course ends.

Students often send me photos of their first clients and refits, and I’m always here to help correct, refine, and guide.

When you weave the right way, you don’t just gain a certificate — you gain clarity, confidence, and the skills to build a flawless career.
