The Hair Affair provides professional hair tools and accessories through our online shop and offers professional hair extension training through our academy.

2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, including the members area.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we believe these Terms and Conditions have been breached.

3. ONLINE SHOP PRODUCTS
We sell hair tools and accessories including brushes and extension tools.
All product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update product prices and availability at any time.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders will be dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier providers.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
For hygiene reasons, used hair tools or opened products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

6. TRAINING COURSES AND BOOKINGS
The Hair Affair offers professional training courses in hair extensions.
When course dates are available, bookings will be made through this website and payment must be made in full or as stated at checkout.
Course spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
By booking a course, you agree to attend on the selected date and comply with all academy policies and codes of conduct.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS FOR TRAINING COURSES
Due to the nature of training courses and preparation involved:
• Course fees are non refundable once booked
• Course fees are non transferable unless agreed in writing
• If you fail to attend without notice, no refund will be given
• Once any pre-study is received, no refund will be given.
If The Hair Affair cancels or reschedules a course, you will be offered a transfer to a new date.

8. MEMBERS AREA AND DIGITAL CONTENT
Students enrolled in training courses may be granted access to a members area for pre study materials and digital learning content.
Access is personal to you and must not be shared with others.
All digital content remains the intellectual property of The Hair Affair and must not be copied, recorded, distributed or shared without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is suspected.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, training materials, images, text and branding are the property of The Hair Affair.
You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written consent.
Training techniques taught are for professional use only and may not be repackaged or resold as your own course material.

10. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Training is provided for professional development only. It is your responsibility to ensure you are insured, qualified and compliant with any regulations required to perform services on clients.
The Hair Affair is not responsible for how you apply the techniques taught once training is completed.

We are not liable for:
• Loss of income
• Loss of business
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Injury or damage resulting from misuse of tools or techniques
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law.
